Last Thursday, Anditi was one of six industry experts invited to pitch at the Integrated Innovation Netowkr’s Big Data’ Join the Dots Series.
The I2N is a business growth accelerator, home to the Hunter region’s most promising innovators and entrepreneurs.
Anditi’s Digital Growth Strategist Annika Jamieson gave a comprehensive presentation on spatial big data, how we help at Anditi, and showed some examples of the solutions we’ve delivered over the last 12 years.
“For us, big data analytics has unlocked solutions never before possible for councils, research groups, mining organisations and infrastructure groups. The industries might change, but our understanding of data and the techniques we use to analyse it and unlock value, are applicable time and time again.”
Annika was joined by Josh Peak from Newcastle Data Analytics, Antoine Desmet from Komatsu Mining Corp, Jodi Stapleton from Heffron, James Weakley from NIB Health Funds, Bernard Tuffour Atuahene from the University of Newcastle, James Vidler from the City of Newcastle.
“There’s such a vibrant tech scene in Newcastle, it’s fantastic to be able to all come other, talk about our work, and find commonalities. We’ve always found that when passionate, like-minded people come together to try and solve problems, magic happens”
